Noodle Markets is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst for our Engineering Team. The Engineering Team at Noodle Markets is responsible for developing, deploying, and running the product in the cloud on Amazon Web Services. This position will work alongside a team of software engineers and product managers to ensure the quality of the Noodle Markets application.

This position reports to the VP, Engineering.

What you will do:

• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, and document thoroughly; track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Trace test cases to their appropriate requirements to ensure full testing coverage

What you need to be successful:

• A bachelor’s degree. Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A track record of delivering results even when there is ambiguity or unknowns.
• Proven work experience in software development or quality assurance preferred.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Education industry experience is a plus.
