About the Role

Eyeview is looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team and help continue to build out a top notch employee base. Our ideal candidate will display a deep passion for understanding business hiring needs (especially in technology) and carry the respect, understanding and confidence to to create an amazing candidate experience. Responsibilities

  • Quickly build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates
  • Recruit for technical and non-technical skill sets
  • Take candidates through the full recruiting life cycle from outreach to offer/closing stage
  • Strategically source both tech and non-tech candidates through recruiting tools, professional network and external events
  • Create and craft on-point, contextually relevant and down-to-earth recruiting messages
  • Contribute to overall sourcing strategy by bringing fresh ideas, collaboration and great attitude to the table

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience recruiting within an agency or in-house recruiting function
  • At least 1 year of experience recruiting in-house
  • Proven experience building relationships in the NYC community
  • Experience doing both high volume and strategic recruiting
  • Strong ability to craft personalized messaging based on a number of factors relating to experience/current situation
  • Consistent track record of converting outreach into high caliber hires
  • Experience using social media for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand
  • High attention to detail and extremely organized
  • Extremely positive attitude, inherent kindness, fun energy and strong desire to join an awesome team
  • Willingness to learn, share ideas and desire to grow a career in the recruiting field
  • Highly independent and entrepreneurial by nature
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred

  • Proficiency working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, JobVite, etc.) and other Recruiting Tools (Talentbin, Entelo, etc.) 
  • Mix of agency and startup recruiting experience
