About the job

As our Senior Recruiter you will own the entire candidate selection process, everything from creating & sustaining a pipeline of talent through to maintaining a high offer close rate. You'll leverage a keen knowledge of FanDuel’s business and functional requirements partnering with hiring managers and the leadership team to drive the talent process across employer branding, developing job specifications, passive and active sourcing, inbound and outbound inquiries, interview strategies and final selection processes that ensure a strong culture fit and ability to impact organizational outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle with innovative and creative liberty to drive business impact
  • Prepare candidates for interview & deliver an exceptional overall candidate journey
  • Work with the VP of Global Talent Management to drive the talent strategy, partnering with the leadership team and hiring managers to successfully attract and place exceptional talent across the organization
  • Work alongside Talent Business Partners to proactively identify talent challenges and then create impactful solutions to address them
  • Ensure the timely completion and collection of interview feedback and then orchestrating next steps in the process
  • Data driven and analytic approach to managing the process along with ongoing reporting of key metrics
  • Accountable for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of all requisitions within the company across business functions including: Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Assist in the management of 3rd party relationships
  • Maintain an engaging and sustainable social presence

 Who we’re looking for

  • Previous experience sourcing and profiling candidates for the business functions of a consumer technology product, either through agency or in-house (ideally both)
  • Very comfortable using an array of hiring channels and techniques (LinkedIn, Twitter, boolean search, networking, etc)
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Someone who is methodical, efficient, structured and organized
