Recruiter
The Talent Acquisition Team is focused on providing an amazing experience to both our candidates and leadership by sourcing top talent in the industry and actively managing the full-cycle recruiting process. We are looking to hire a Recruiter to help grow our team. You will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and be tasked with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, passion and experience to Movable Ink.
Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
- Source and attract candidates mainly in the US, but also globally through highly creative networking, soliciting internal referrals, participating in events and any other innovative approaches that make you successful
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for sales and client experience candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with our sales team and senior management to understand hiring needs; clearly map out hiring strategies and manage expectations throughout the process
- Be an integral member of Talent initiatives, including reporting, process implementation and improvement, communication, trainings, onboarding, etc.
Basic Requirements Needed:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in talent acquisition managing the full-cycle hiring process; mix of agency and in-house is ideal
- Demonstrated ability to source, network with, creatively identify and screen potential candidates with a focus on making quality, long-term hires
- Proven passion for creating the utmost awesome hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- You MUST be passionate about the thrill of the hunt and not solely rely on job postings to get the job done
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the email marketing and/or digital marketing space
- Previous start-up experience
- Self-motivated, strong time management and organizational skills
- Passionate, innovative spirit, and a desire to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment
