As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will be DigitalOcean’s champion of candidate experience for all potential employees—from their initial impression to our hiring process, company, and culture by showcasing our values. You’ll partner closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to help DigitalOcean win over talented people and then kick off an amazing on-boarding experience. We’re looking for someone with a passion for working with people and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Acting as a liaison between DigitalOcean and our candidates; scheduling interviews, interview pre-brief meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodations for potential employees
- Serving as the main point of contact for anyone interviewing at our office
- Working closely with the recruiting team to thoughtfully plan and schedule interviews
- Meeting and greeting all potential employees on their interview day, providing a world class candidate experience.
- Managing the flow of candidates throughout the interview process using our Greenhouse ATS (Applicant Tracking System) email and Slack!
- Initiate pre-boarding process by entering new hires into our on-boarding system and HRIS
- Coordinating all pre-interview and interview feedback meetings
- Ensuring that all candidates have an amazingly positive and stress-free candidate experience
- 1+ years of professional work experience in an administrative or customer success type role
- Ability to work in an fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work from our office in NYC

- Strong organizational and administration skills, especially with the entire Google Apps platform including Drive and MS Office and MS Excel
- Amazing Google calendaring skills (you consider yourself a calendar "wizard"
- Strong commitment to becoming a super user of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), and a champion in best practices
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a roll-with-it attitude when things don’t go smoothly
- A knack for making things work and a can do attitude
- A love of working with people to provide great service and an even better experience
- Start-up experience is preferred and an interest in technology is advantageous
