Can you fearlessly and expeditiously tackle anything that comes your way? We need a real go-getter who is receptive to managing a multitude of to join our growing team as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, playing a key role in helping to develop an efficient process, keeping the process organized, and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with management, recruiters, candidates and interviewers. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing interview logistics, you'll contribute to the team's overall success.
This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and is based at Bankrate's New York offices.

About the Role:

  • Support recruiting team through activities including; sourcing, scheduling interviews (phone, video and onsite for multiple locations including remote employees), organizing candidate travel arrangements, and reserving interview space.
  • Serve as host to onsite candidates, guiding them through their interviews and maintaining the interview schedule so as to provide a world class experience for the candidate.
  • Design, create and maintain various reports, as needed, both regular and ad-hoc requests
  • Provide information about the company and career opportunities to outside agencies and potential applicants within established guidelines as directed by management.
  • Post open positions on internal and external boards. Ensure consistency in format and style of job postings across divisions.
  • Assist in maintaining current photos/content on company's careers page as well as various social media and job board pages.
  • Additional administrative recruiting support tasks as needed
    About You:
  • Must be flexible as needs change by the minute, which requires patience and the ability to switch gears quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience assisting with sourcing candidates is a must
  • Working knowledge ATS systems desired, Jobvite preferred
  • Ability to multi-task/coordinate several projects simultaneously and prioritize them effectively
  • 1+ year of successful experience within an administrative/support function
  • Meticulous attention to detail with proven organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
  • Must take initiative and demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and solving problems
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Ability to consistently follow outlined procedures
  • Tech savvy with strong Excel skills
