- Manage the entire candidate process, from generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate
- Work directly with hiring managers and executives to identify needs and expectations for both immediate and future hires
- Enabling everyone in the organization to recruit smartly
- Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels and be adept at sourcing a high volume of passive candidates directly
- Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate recruiting status regularly
- Participate on the recruiting team to implement best recruiting practices and creative strategies to source and recruit top talent
- Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
- In all actions, correspondence, and interactions with hiring managers and candidates, support and reinforce the Sisense brand message and represent the Sisense organization with integrity and professionalism
- 2 years recruiting experience within a fast-paced technology firm and/or startup experience
- Deep understanding of technology and sales recruiting
- Must be hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and research skills
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment with continuously changing priorities
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The drive to be a self-starter.

- Native English
