The Role:

As a Research Coordinator at Intersection, you will support Intersection’s overall efforts to develop state-of-the-art measurement and research solutions that drive revenue, provide competitive edge and meet industry standards (IAB, MRC, OAAA, DPAA). You will be the liaison between media research and measurement companies and Intersection’s various departments to streamline processes, enhance current solutions and drive innovation across the board. 

What you will accomplish:

  • Support research and measurement product developments to support sales and business development efforts across the company
  • Work closely with deployment and business development teams to utilize research resources and analytics to optimize deployment and business development efforts
  • Deliver ad hoc reports using Intersection research and measurement tools for various internal departments
  • Assist in data integration with digital signage content management software solutions, ad serving and OOH/DOOH planning/buying platforms
  • Explore new opportunities to develop advanced behavioral targeting solutions that meet digital buyers & planners’ expectations
  • Ongoing evaluation of new data platforms to drive innovation
  • Coordinate DOOH / OOH campaign performance measurement efforts to prove campaign ROI and attribution
  • Work directly with key research and measurement partners to develop turn-key solutions and streamline processes
  • Develop key measurement benchmarks and insights by vertical
  • Assist senior leadership team with measurement and research contract negotiations

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in digital media and/or out-of-home research
  • Working knowledge of industry planning and research tools like Telmar, Nielsen, Geopath, Neustar E1 platform, comScore, @plan
  • Familiarity with performance measurement solutions including brand health surveys and foot traffic attribution
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Passion for data and analytics
  • Strong understanding of media math and research metrics
  • Experience using Tableau or other data analytics or visualization tools is preferred
