The QA Analyst will ensure consistent, research-level data quality across all of our scientific and client-related work.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the data at the most detailed level; be able to identify issues, trace them back to the root cause, and problem-solve how to resolve
- Develop and execute QA plans by identifying critical control points and preventive measures, monitoring procedures, determining corrective actions, and verifying resolution
- Validate quality by establishing key quality attributes, tracking performance over time, and documenting evidence
- Create clear and consistent documentation of all QA processes
- Partner cross-functionally to develop automated tools to streamline and improve the regular QA processes, so that each delivery is easier the last
- Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to provide updates and answer detailed project-related questions
- Partner with Flatiron accounts team and clients to understand and communicate key QA needs
About You:
- A degree from a top university, with a quantitative or technical major. MPH, MS is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communicator, ability to work cross-functionally
- Intermediate user of SQL or R; experience working with relational databases
- Healthcare experience
- Passion to fight cancer
Bonus Points:
- Experience in outcomes research (real-world evidence)
- Familiarity with real-world data (EHR or claims)
