WHAT IS THE ROTATIONAL PROGRAM?
The mission of our Rotational Program is to develop future leaders ranging from Customer Success to Data Analytics by empowering, mentoring, and enabling candidates to build and learn across a variety of initiatives at JOOR.

Our program lasts 24 months and spans across 3 different teams within the organization. Rotational Program Analysts (RPAs) will have the the opportunity to spend 8 months on various teams. During our interview process, we evaluate RPA candidates and assess their previous work experience and skillset to determine which team is best suited to kick off the rotation. After the 24 month rotation is completed, RPAs will have the opportunity to join a team for a third year full time!

Current teams participating in the Rotational Program:

Customer Success Program Mission - In this rotation we will develop future leaders in Customer Success and sales by empowering, mentoring, and enabling them to build and learn across a variety of data initiatives at JOOR. Our Customer Success Team helps maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement among our customer base of leading fashion brands and retailers. They are the front lines with all of our clients and it's their responsibility to ensure clients are getting the most out of the JOOR platform. They have empathy for our clients and work to implement best practices and strategies to cater to each client's individual business needs. Joining the Customer Success Team means you will have the opportunity to drive businesses forward, help shape the JOOR product, and hand develop trusted relationships with our clients!

Data Operations Program Mission - In this rotation we will develop future leaders in Data and Analytics by empowering, mentoring, and enabling them to build and learn across a variety of data initiatives at JOOR. The Data Team is responsible for receiving, troubleshooting, and assessing client data. Our team of analysts are meticulous, team-oriented, and highly analytical when it comes to daily challenges. Not only are we total data nerds, we are actually really fun to work with. Seriously.

Integrations Program Mission - In this rotation we will develop future leaders in Integrations and consulting by empowering, mentoring, and enabling them to build and learn across a variety of technical initiatives at JOOR. The Integrations Team is responsible for integrating our Brands and Retailers to the JOOR platform. Our team is team-oriented, over-communicators, opportunity seekers, and highly analytical when it comes to daily challenges. We love client services, making an impact, and building a product. Joining the Integrations team means you will gain extensive experience with leading client technical discussions, designing product solutions, and developing strategic business partnerships!

WHAT SKILLS DO YOU HAVE?

  • Bachelor's degree from a Top-Tier University - Graduating Spring/Summer 2017
  • Extremely detailed-oriented and assertive
  • Highly organized with experience managing projects
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Bonus:
  • SQL and/or equivalent database experience
  • Python experience
  • Familiarity with JIRA
  • Internship experience in Startup, Tech, B2B, or SaaS environments
