LearnVest at Work is seeking a Sales Associate who will work within our B2B brand to build the sales pipeline and support the Sr. Manager of Business Development. LearnVest at Work is LearnVest's corporate financial wellness program. The program is designed to help your employees take control of their money, so they can focus on what matters — at work and in their lives.

You will be working cross-functionally with internal teams at LearnVest, that would include technology, design, product, marketing, and other relevant departments to build these programs.

Role Description

  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Business Development to develop, execute, manage sales pipelines, and partake in the overall sales strategy
  • Lead in the completion of incoming RFPs, respond to inbound interest/requests, and help qualify leads
  • Support sales team in prospecting through outreach and email campaigns
  • Work across marketing, design, analytics and other teams as needed in support of key sales activities
  • Develop strong understanding of LearnVest@Work solutions and competitive landscape in order to support sales activities through multiple channels: phone calls, email, direct mail and live events
  • Plan team conference schedule and execute overall conference and event representation; promote the LV@W Brand at industry conferences and events
  • Prospect potential clients through email phone calls, packages etc.

Skills Required

  • 1 to 2 years sales planning & lead generation experience (cold calling required)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel 
  • Knowledge of or desire to learn about benefits and financial wellness programs
  • Self-motivated, driven and able to work independently
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfort with a prospect-facing role
  • Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on execution and the ability to multi-task
