Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a KAM (Key Account Management) Sales Coordinator to join Team Snapchat! You will be an important part of our growing KAM team, which leads the global partnerships between Snapchat and our largest, most strategic clients. Working from our New York, NY office, you will need to be organized, analytical, and resourceful on a daily basis. You also must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Global Account Leads and Account Managers in managing the day-to- day administrative aspects of the business
- Responsible for supporting the Global Account Leads in consolidating reports, and managing deal flow, in addition to scheduling, coordinating client events, and generally helping our team stay ten steps ahead
- Work cross-divisionally across the global sales team to help fulfill client requests with a key emphasis on inventory management
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
- Interact regularly and build relationships with executives and key stakeholders across various teams at Snap
- Keep up with daily duties, which will include meeting organization; basic invoices, vendor, and PO management; travel planning, budgets, and calendar management
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style
- Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and a sensitivity to confidentiality
- Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing startup environment with an optimistic approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience providing high-level administrative support at a Media or Technology company
- A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
