Sales/Retail Success Coordinator 
As a Sales/Retail Success Coordinator, you will play an essential role in ensuring that the Retail Success Team delights clients who are using our web and mobile applications. You'll work hand-in-hand with cross-functional JOOR Teams to build and improve processes to support our web users, give input on new features for our platform as we scale, and forge long-term relationships with Retail clients. You will also be responsible for driving revenue by generating leads for new prospective partnerships for the Retail team.



What will you do?

  • Respond to high volume of customer-submitted email requests , phone support, live chats in a prompt manner
  • Manage incoming Retailer Applications daily and determine if they are a fit to join our platform
  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through website and mobile app usage
  • Conduct calls with web users to identify opportunity and develop an action plan to lead to 100% adoption of our platform
  • Analyze client usage, understand barriers to adoption and determine how to drive more transactions through JOOR to help reach our financial goals
  • Manage incoming data requests from clients and track task completion with the JOOR Data Team
  • Provide insights for dashboard to be provided to client on ROI to support contract renewal process
  • Participate in cross-functional team support need where necessary
  • Generate sales qualified opportunities to achieve revenue targets and drive pipeline growth
  • Pre-sales prospecting, targeting, developing and qualifying prospective customers

What skills do you have?

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier University
  • Internship or relevant work experience in a SaaS Customer Success/Sales role a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and experience helping to apprise decisions using data
  • Experience creating marketing collateral – videos, one pagers, decks etc. a plus 
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
