We are seeking a proven, quota-carrying sales person to help grow our customer base across multiple business sectors including Lenders, Commercial Real Estate Private Equity, REITS and Full Service Brokerage firms. Our Sales Director position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional and enthusiastic self-starter.  The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.  You will be responsible for selling Trepp products into various participants in the commercial real estate sector.  You must be able to achieve sales targets exceeding minimum revenue thresholds, forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.  We offer a full benefits package and a very competitive compensation plan with accelerating commissions and tremendous upside earnings potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our institutional grade suite of products
  • Engage in business planning to manage and increase revenue opportunities within your market
  • Manage a sales pipeline, produce monthly forecasts and track all activity within our CRM
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Participate in ongoing product and sales training

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sellings
  • Successful history of increased sales year over year
  • Experience selling complex solutions to financial institutions
  • College graduate
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
