As the Sales Enablement Manager at Namely, you’ll be responsible for sales acceleration by ensuring the Field Sales and Sales Leaderships teams have the skills, knowledge, tools and processes required to be successful. You will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment with Sales Management, Marketing, Sales/Business Ops and Pre-Sales to meet the strategic initiatives of each team and help Field Sales consistently deliver on all aspects of the sales life cycle – from prospecting to close. You will be a key player within the Sales and Sales Operations organization to ensure high levels of productivity and implement business processes that will help the business scale and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Be the “voice” of Sales by engaging internal stakeholders to develop and deliver iterative and scalable training
  • Review and redefine current training programs (on-boarding and ongoing) and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Continually refresh Namely content based on Sales needs, industry trends, product value and capabilities, competitive positioning and internal processes.
  • Work collaboratively with different personalities to deliver content in an engaging and compelling manner
  • Join Sales calls and demos to identify areas for coaching opportunities
  • Help to ensure programs are delivered on-time and at the highest levels of quality
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to influence, define and build out a scalable Sales Process (quote to cash)
  • Help organize and facilitate Sales Kickoffs and build content in partnership with Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of Sales experience, including 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
  • Experience developing and evolving Sales Enablement curriculum to meet organization specific needs
  • Minimal travel – 10-15%
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to be adaptable, think creatively and do what is needed to make programs successful
  • Detailed understanding of SaaS sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and handle project priorities and timelines to achieve results
