The Role:
Rocketrip is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our New York team. This role will report directly into our Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for managing a team of highly talented Account Executives. This is a true coaching opportunity where you will have the ability to foster growth and development. Day to day, you will maintain a close pulse on new business pipelines to help each individual hit and overachieve their assigned quota.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and coach a growing team of mid-market and enterprise Account Executives
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Partner with our CRO to develop sales strategy, methodology, and best practices
  • Identify areas of improvement, including process and productivity
  • Train and develop new and current sales talent
  • Attract and hire new employees to plan
  • Mentor and retain top performers
You should have:
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience selling into c-level
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • B2B/ SaaS experience is a must
  • A proven track record of running a team of successful enterprise AE’s
  • A strategic and analytical mindset and strong decision making skills
  • Leadership skills and the ability to create a positive team environment
