Group Nine Media is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to join the sales marketing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi-dimensional digital media programs, packaging, and tangible examples of the impact of their work on revenue. This role will be responsible for the development of proposals in response to RFPs, client-facing presentations, and proactive ideation. 

The main goal of this position is to support the sales team to scale revenue across the four Group Nine Media brands (Thrillist, NowThis, Seeker, and The Dodo) as well as drive broader awareness of our brands and capabilities across the market. The ideal candidate knows how to take an idea and make it both tangible and engaging in presentations and collateral.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-departmentally to create materials such as: proposals, meeting decks, general presentations, case studies & tentpole packaging
• Work with research team to build data-backed presentations for why our brands are must-buys for advertisers and offer strategies grounded in audience insights
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales marketing
• Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote and various image sourcing software/programs
• Superior organization and information gathering skills
• Experience managing resources and timelines
• Thorough understanding of media technologies, social media and digital platforms
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment
