The jobAs a Sales Operations Analyst you will help shape Justworks’ sales strategy by working within the Sales Operations team to provide analysis and project management skills to support the sales team, sales management, and Justworks senior management. You will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the organization focusing on administering the Salesforce instance and maintaining a healthy lead database. In addition, you will perform analysis using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
What you'll do- Manage administration including: profiles, roles, security, data management, reporting, and integrations
- Facilitate analysis by managing the integration between data warehouse and Salesforce
- Ensure accuracy of all data in Salesforce
- Manage all support requests related to Salesforce or associated applications
- Generate reports and dashboards for the sales team
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage Hubspot and the inbound flow of leads and marketing automation
- Maintain and audit the existing account portfolio by ensuring data cleanliness and standardization of all leads accounts and contacts
- Audit all deals, sales and marketing qualified leads
- Obtain additional leads based on ICP and business requirements
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce architecture, workflows and business processes based on best practices and business requirements
- 2+ years as a Salesforce administrator (certification is a plus), integrating the instance with external systems and built custom objects and processes
- An effective communicator, having worked with a sales team on Salesforce processes and best practices
- An organized and detailed individual who has maintained the data integrity of a database of 100k+ accounts
- A self-starter who is continually learning and developing
- Someone who strives to make sales reps jobs as easy as possible
- Experienced working with SQL and relational databases
