Pond5 operates the world’s largest collection of royalty free footage and other media assets, with over 60,000 contributors in over 150 countries. Our footage is an integral part of the production and creative process for just about every TV, film, and video production, including your favorites on Netflix, Amazon, and major Networks. 

 

Because of the massive demand for our collection and overall growth in the video, social media, TV, and film production market, we are looking for a Sales Operations Associate across a variety of customer centric projects. Pond5 is seeking an energetic, driven talent in New York to lead database building and cleaning efforts, to support sales focused marketing efforts, to assist with inbound demand, and to lead sales ops projects.  The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, and excited to contribute to the team. This role will report to the VP, Sales & Account Management.  If you are up for the challenge of our rapid-growth high-volume pace, we want to hear from you.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop qualified lead lists
  • Clean and build our current customer database
  • Track clients and projects to reference in our outreach efforts
  • Build and send email and social media templates/postings
  • Work with marketing to create more buyer focused marketing and collaterals (blog articles, social media call outs, etc.)
  • Conduct market and content research
  • Organize team documents
  • Organize and track deals in one place
  • Provide administrative support for our reseller channel
  • Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentation
  • Manage excel reports and Salesforce data
  • Onboard new users, provide training and documentation on how to use our sales systems
  • Design, automate, and improve processes across our systems
  • Serve as Salesforce and sales systems operational liaison with other teams
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales and people process improvements, training needs and communication flow
  • Utilize data to build and implement comprehensive reporting tools
  • Assist in the launch of new products and initiatives with the Sales team by liaising closely with other functional organizations
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce and sales systems releases and introduce new functionality to stakeholders

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations/or Consulting/Finance
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written communication
  • Strong organization/project management and process documentation with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in SQL a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree
