As our Sales Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible to for optimizing our sales processes through data and maximizing our sales tools to create a strong pipeline. You will be reporting to the VP, Sales.

What you'll do:

• Take full ownership of Salesforce and other tools to improve the sales process
• Identify and propose data-driven revenue opportunities for the team
• Analyze sales metrics, produce reports, and dashboards to support long-term pipeline management
• Monitor the team's performance using set KPIs 
• Liaise with marketing to create strategic marketing plans to enable sales reps
• Work closely with sales leadership to implement scalable processes that will help the sales team
• Contribute to sales training events
• Evaluate new tools as needed and own the implementation for all stakeholders

About you:

• You have 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Excel.
• You have 5+ years in Sales and strategy. You've worked with sales teams before and thought about solutions to improve sales processes.
• You’re innately curious and will break down problems to find multiple solutions.
• You're a team player and have worked collaboratively with other teams.
• You can communicate effectively and concisely (verbal, written, and presentation skills).
• You are analytical and have a strong attention to detail.
• Nice to have: Salesforce certifications
