Sales Planning operates under the Revenue Operations umbrella and collaborates with Sales and Publishing Management to efficiently optimize supply and demand to successfully achieve revenue goals.

Objective: To ignite confidence in the foundation of all Sales Planning functions and to successfully transgress into a full time employee at Kargo.

The Responsibilities:

  • Receive Certification in DoubleClick For Publishers to prove understanding of the platform per ad hoc team request
  • Assist tracking Publisher impression goals to monetize Publisher allocations.
  • Manage and update site lists created in Kargo’s Publisher network on a weekly basis
  • Work alongside Managers and Coordinators to ideate the overall department workflow
  • Initiate a long-term project that reflects an area of interest and aids your employment transgression
  • Support Sales Planning Managers and Coordinators in their day-to-day work and to help maximize turnaround times
  • Interest in digital advertising and a thirst to assist and join the world’s leading mobile advertising company

The Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volume of requests from Managers and Coordinators
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Passionate, hard-working, self-starter with a sense of curiosity and urgency
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be able to bring own laptop to work
  • Must be able to commute to LA office
  • Has strong research, writing, organizational and grammar skills
  • Possesses a hunger to learn and be mentored by professionals
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Can commit to working at least 35 hours per week
