Media-Planning Expert:
- Customize, refine, and build mediaplans in response to advertiser requests
- Show strategic thinking to ensure the media plans pitched will work towards the client’s confirmed key KPI’s
- Become an expert on all pricing updates and mediplan templates
- Seek innovative and creative solutions to merge client’s objectives with inventory avails
- Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process
- Lead on inventory & revenue management of publisher clients
Cross-departmental Champion:
- Work closely with internal teams and fosters strong relationships with Account Management, Sales, Research, Pub Account Management and Inventory Management to make sure objectives are aligned
- Work closely with Inventory & Yield to keep track of inventory pitched and inventory sold to ensure post-sale execution can be met and client’s expectations are managed
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and makes recommendation on how to address. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Assists management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement
What You Bring to Kargo:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally on the agency or publisher side (or within an ad technology company)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- A strong knowledge of ad products, ad serving capabilities, philosophies and drawbacks
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Passionate, hard-working, self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT
