The Role:

As a Sales Recruiting Lead at Intersection, you will drive sales recruitment strategy and lead our efforts in continuing to build our disruptive and innovative sales organization.

What you will accomplish:

  • Build our best-in-class sales organization by hiring sales leaders in traditional out of home advertising and digital advertising sales
  • Lead hiring business strategies through the development, coordination and delivery of talent by understanding the strategic needs of the organization, and the competencies required for success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and internal partners to manage our structured sales recruitment function, ensuring candidates are fully qualified and objectively evaluated
  • Develop and drive recruitment strategies with a focus on innovative sourcing
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified applicants that can be immediately contacted when an opening occurs
  • Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment process
  • Consistently hit hiring targets while delivering high quality candidates
  • Build Intersection’s employment brand by representing Intersection at industry events, ensuring candidates have an outstanding candidate experience, and managing our external messaging to prospective candidates

What we are looking for:

  • Significant recruitment experience in similar industry
  • Proven success in media, ad sales and commissioned sales recruitment
  • Expertise in digital ad sales technology and terminology, enabling effectiveness in business consultation, sourcing, and candidate evaluation
  • Expertise in sourcing, networking, interviewing, and offer negotiations at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and employ effective organizational, project and time management skills
  • An affinity for and experience in producing data and analytics to drive recruitment strategy
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems
