Salesforce Operations Administrator

The Salesforce Operations Administrator will support the sales, marketing and Client Services teams with processes, policies, systems and tools, that result in higher success rates. The job will also encompass the development of a global sales strategy for our inside sales team.
What we are looking for:
- Can build reports and analytics that test, track, analyze, communicate and optimize marketing campaign results relative to business goals
- Superior understanding and practical knowledge of how to create advanced lead nurture programs within Hubspot and workflow processes, syncs to the SFDC environment, and database management
- Ability to work with marketing analyst to assess areas of exceptional performance or critical issues relating to demand gen activities such as landing pages, affiliate campaigns, lead nurtures, display channels, website optimization and call to actions
- Oversee project plans and production timelines while monitoring and triaging elements as necessary
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and manage implementation of such changes
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years experience managing marketing automation and operations for a growing company (SAAS preferred)
- Salesforce and Hubspot management
- Proven track record of supporting successful demand generation programs with knowledge of databases, email execution, lead processes, reporting and analytics
- Ability to use CRM and marketing automation system to develop lead scoring and lead nurturing programs
