We`re looking for a prolific and creative content creator with storytelling chops, passion, and strong instincts for creating breakthrough content suited for different distribution channels. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, s/he will work closely with our Enterprise and SMB teams to develop and manage the overall content strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Write original content including thought leadership articles, blog posts, website copy, newsletters, sales decks, eBooks and social media copy by using internal data and outward research as well as interviewing internal/external subject matter experts.
  • Create and deploy content in other types of media including video, audio, and photography.
  • Create and manage a content plan, maintaining its schedule and seeing it through to final production. 
  • Distribute the final deliverables to the target audiences across a variety of channels including field, inbound and outbound with the goal of generating website traffic and qualified leads. 
  • Manage content activity across social media platforms including aggregating and commenting on others’ news and events.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency across all communications.
  • Collect and analyze performance data across channels and adjust strategy and content accordingly.
  • Other content-related activities including copywriting, making badass social videos and spicing up blog posts through visuals.

Ideal qualifications:

  • BA Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or writing focused. 
  • 5+ years experience with producing content in a variety of media on a range of topics to generate audience engagement.
  • Bonus points for multimedia skills including photoshop, video scripting, video recording, speaking on-camera!
  • Exposure to working within a technology startup environment that focuses on selling to an online B2B audience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and highly organized with a systematic mindset and approach to managing content projects. 
  • Ability to take learn up a new industry quickly and take on new challenges as needed.
  • A proactive mentality and can work independently.
