• Run daily Scrum meetings to track progress and address any blockers
• Provided day to day management of development team
• Manage quarterly deliverables to ensure timely delivery of features
• Provide input into the product direction in the context of our business strategy
• Ensure commitments and progress to schedules remain clear, reasonable and proactively monitored
• Provide coaching to support development opportunities and professional goals of team members

• Proven experience motivating and managing software engineers working on cutting edge enterprise software
• Experience managing complex technical projects and delivering products to market on schedule with high quality
• Ability to triage scrum team issues based on priority, impact, risk and release timing
• Ability to facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft HyperV/VMM technologies would be a plus
• Experience with Storage technologies would be a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; advanced degree preferred
• Previous experience leading an Agile Scrum team in a fast-paced enterprise software company
• 5+ years of technology related industry experience
• 2+ years of directly leading and managing technical teams.
