Description:

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for implementing Human Resource policies and programs and managing all aspects of employee relations and development. They will support staffing and recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, administration and employee counseling services.

  • Create and enhance company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and high performance.
  • Coordinate internally to develop compensation planning, performance management structure, and workforce planning and strategy.
  • Provide payroll process support in conjunction with HR & Finance team.
  • Provide insight and expertise regarding employee benefits programs. Partner with HR team and Benefits Broker to establish, implement and administer employee benefits package.
  • Implement Human Resources policies and programs as required. Develop and provide company-wide communications to address policy.
  • Collaborate internally to meet organizational development goals, staffing needs, performance expectations and support employee training programs for respective business units.
  • Coordinate with department heads to conduct performance reviews and monitor employee productivity, engagement, satisfaction and performance results.
  • Develop and maintain efficient all-inclusive on-boarding and off-boarding procedures. Continually measure and seek ways to enhance these experiences.
  • Ensure employee file and data compliance. Oversee privacy and security policy compliance for respective business units.
  • Provide HR Generalist support including coaching, managing employee relations, general guidance, assistance with HR administrative items, guidance on interview skills/best practices, and conducting regular 1:1’s with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of Human Resource experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and be flexible to changing assignment priority.
  • Ability to view details, as well as the big picture.
  • Proven track record of being able to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional yet fun-loving demeanor.
