Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Programs!

We’re on the search for a seasoned marketer with the right balance of creativity and analytical skills to help drive leads that maximize revenue for Greenhouse. Reporting into our Director of Demand Generation, you’ll navigate all of our marketing channels and devise new ways in which to deliver new customers while leveraging our current resources in the optimal way. Your day-to-day will focus on engaging our existing database of leads and managing new and existing campaigns to help our prospects move through the buying process.

What you’ll do:

  • Create a lead-management strategy that optimizes existing channels and explores new ones to deliver quality customers to Greenhouse
  • Devise, launch and maintain campaigns while leveraging content to nurture leads and usher them through our buying cycle
  • Analyze our existing database and formulate a strategy to drive revenue from unconverted leads
  • Establish and leverage workflows with our internal Product Marketing and SDR teams to ensure Marketing / Sales alignment

What you need:

  • 5+ years of demand generation / marketing experience
  • 4+ years of multi-channel marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with MAPs / CRMs
  • Experience managing vendors and related budgets
  • Experience partnering with SDR teams, a strong plus
  • SaaS / B2B marketing experience, a plus
