Senior Marketing Manager, Digital and Growth Marketing

Our marketing team is responsible for promoting one of the most disruptive educational technologies in the world. Our work is meaningful; we change the lives of our students and we are on a mission to change the lives of the additional two billion English learners on the planet that we haven’t reached yet.

Voxy is seeking an ambitious and creative Senior Marketing Manager to help take control of our digital marketing and growth marketing initiatives. He or she will collaborate with the sales team and other marketing team members to understand our customer journey and establish and evolve our product positioning. He or she is passionate about marketing and technology and is a versatile team player. 

You will:

  • Lead digital and growth marketing for a high-growth SaaS business
  • Build and execute joint marketing programs from concept to execution that engage customers, build awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive new business
  • Measure, test, and optimize the ROI of Voxy’s existing marketing channels: search, social, email, and content
  • Create and execute plans for new marketing channels, audience targeting strategies, creative campaigns, and on-site experiences
  • Own and maintain metrics, insights, and reports on website and landing page performance
  • Launch and optimize lead nurturing campaigns that drive interest and engagement
  • Collaborate with our designer and other members of the marketing team to create compelling advertising copy

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree and evidence of strong academic and professional success
  • 5+ years working in high-tech (SaaS or similar) B2B marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience using data and statistics to optimize campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
  • Self-starter with a desire to work in a high-growth startup atmosphere
  • Experience with current marketing and sales automation platforms (E.g., Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft, etc.)

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience collaborating with global sales teams to close global accounts
  • Experience marketing to Fortune 1000 enterprise customers
  • Experience with modern ABM (Account-based marketing)
