We have a spanking new marketing team and are looking to fill it with kick-ass talent! Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded and highly intuitive marketing professional with passion and skills to deliver legendary results. Working alongside the VP of Marketing, you will help build the organization’s first marketing architecture and pioneer innovative strategies that meet sales and marketing goals. Your exposure will be vast and spans major aspects of modern marketing, from branding to product positioning, customer acquisition and retention (yes, both!), and campaign design, delivery and measurement.

 

Highlights of the role:

- Full responsibility, with input from Sales/SDRs and Customer Success, in the design and implementation of customer growth plans (acquisition and retention) that incorporate pipeline projections, nurturing tactics, conversion acceleration and ROI best practices. - Assist in developing and optimizing key customer channels including Strategic Partnerships and Direct Inbound (social, SEM/SEO, email, webinars, content marketing), and be a strong influencer in maximizing ROI from existing Sales Outbound and Field.
- Close collaboration with Brand/Comms and Product/Product Marketing in creating persona-based content themes that will be executed through your campaigns and programs, ensuring overall messaging is aligned to value props, brand, market dynamics and business priorities.
- Strong partnership with Sales and Marketing Ops in maintaining a highly integrated tech stack, providing recommendations on new tools as required, to help improve marketing efficiency, better tracking and tighter reporting on pipeline impact.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, including soliciting rapid feedback from Sales/SDRs, and make adjustments as required to ensure overall success.
- Be a role model for the company culture and live into our standard of performance.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of QUANTIFIABLE marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in working collaboratively across Sales/SDRs and Customer Success to build and deliver integrated, multi-channel customer growth plans, from planning to implementation, measurement and analysis.
- Strong familiarity with reaching customers in AT LEAST TWO channels across email, webinar, landing page optimization, SEM, social media or content marketing.
- A strategic thinker and a go-getter, with creativity, curiosity, and tenacity to execute effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills - copywriting chops IS A MUST!
- Experience in Salesforce.com and marketing automation (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot).
- An ongoing appetite for testing and improvising to maintain fresh isights and optimize impact.

Nice to have's:


- Experience in SaaS healthcare.
- Experience in mid to bottom funnel marketing such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, product marketing and closed-loop feedback with Sales/Customer Success. 
- Entrepreneurial drive, endurance and demonstrated ability to achieve stretched goals.
