Senior Product Marketing Manager

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for DigitalOcean, you will be responsible for working cross functionally with the marketing, community, sales, and product teams to clearly communicate and deliver the benefits of DigitalOcean’s seamless cloud computing experience for developers. You will own and drive the overall plans around go-to-market, messaging, positioning, sales enablement, strategic partnerships, and jointly with product management, bring DigitalOcean’s products to market.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Personally contribute to successfully execute on strategic programs
- Own product marketing from A to Z for at least 3 new product launches
- Enhance product positioning and messaging for DigitalOcean as we expand our addressable market into larger developer teams
- Direct interaction with the DO leadership team, and collaboration with our VP of Product and VP of Sales
- Develop multi-channel campaign planning for each product and feature launch from content to execution
- Partner with our content team to develop sales enablement material
- Connect market and customer data to draw insights that will influence the overall marketing plans
- Develop product-specific content to drive revenue growth including solutions marketing, online workshops, blogs, customer stories (video and written), and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and community teams to ensure growth marketing and influencer programs are ready to drive the highest level of interest and excitement in the market.
- Track record of success in marketing to developers in a product marketing or product management role
- Demonstrated ability to influence up and cross-functionally.
- Well equipped to balance quantitative evidence and qualitative factors to quickly test and learn, but with ability to make decisions with uncertainty or imperfect data.
- Strong advocate of the customer’s point of view and requirements
- Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Startup experience strongly preferred; entrepreneurial spirit a must
- Strong track record in thriving in a highly energetic, fast moving environment
- Experience in the infrastructure or cloud services space is a plus.
