Here's what you'll do:

• Generate your own list of prospects and leads from the CRE industry
• Use email marketing tools and tons of phone calls to fill up your calendar with web and face appointments.
• Contribute to the growth and direction of the sales team and the company.
• Provide input to help develop the sales process and create engaging tools to capture the imagination of prospective clients
• Be prepared to travel
• Crush meeting and sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Eat free CompStak food, drink at the CompStak bar, play with Squeakers and roll in piles of commission dollars.

About You:

• You have experience in sales, CRE or finance.
• You're experienced selling SaaS products.
• You are a hunter.
• You are DRIVEN. You've achieved big things, and you inspire others to do the same.
• You're a DOER. You don't wait for direction. If something needs to be done, you do it.
• You're a TEAM PLAYER. You are confident, but not cocky. You credit others for their efforts, and never point fingers.
• You are an excellent communicator with professional phone skills.
• You're SMART. You think on your feet and bring creative solutions to complicated problems. You know you can take CompStak to the next level.
• You want your coworkers to be your friends, and you're not afraid to dominate them in foosball.

How You'll Be Paid:

We want you to make more money at CompStak than you can ever imagine. We have a compensation package that rewards you highly for your own success, as well as the success of the company as a whole.
