• Source and attract passive candidates to build an engaged pipeline for current and future engineering positions
• Manage offer negotiation and all full-cycle recruiting activities
• Learn our technology to become an expert in messaging and articulating Turbonomic’s vision and positions within R&D team
• Partner with Recruiting Lead and Engineering Managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that creates an effective and innovative search process
• Screen candidates against position specifications and facilitate discussions with engineering leadership
• Provide a great candidate experience at every step
• Represent Turbonomic at tech events, meetups and career fairs.
• Maintain ATS integrity (Lever) and consistently contribute to improve our branding, job descriptions and drive YOUR great ideas to a positive impact.

• 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience focusing on Technical recruiting
• Knowledge of the tech stack
• Intellectually curious and self-motivated to learn technology or new sourcing avenues
• Savvy with social media and have desire to help build Tubonomic’s brand
• Ability to interact at all levels of our organization
• Flexibility and ability to shift direction in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable communication skills – especially written
• BS degree
