The Role:

As a Transit/Digital Project Manager at Intersection, you will be responsible assisting with management of a portfolio of transit and digital installation projects to ensure project objectives and schedules are met. You will engage with cross-functional team members, executive staff, vendors, sales teams, and clients. You will be responsible for all phases of project execution and act as a single point of contact for those projects.

What you will accomplish:

• Oversee project work and drive the necessary project control points including critical path management, resource planning, budget, risk mitigation, issue management, planning assumptions, change management, and project dependencies
• Assess the impact of shifting project priorities, strategies, demands and timeline modifications to the project
• Responsible for internal and external project and program status reporting and communication plans
• Assist with the development and implementation of project management tools and operational processes to support the Transit program
• Aggregate best practices across the Transit program and monitor adoption

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated program/project management experience in overseeing large projects, including operational, contractual compliance and financial responsibilities
• Experience in multiple IT disciplines and is adept at managing complex projects and programs
• Ability to promote collaborative decision-making, provide direction and establish a sense of urgency within the program team
• Experience with digital installation and/or transit experience strongly preferred
• Strong experience in end-to-end planning and project execution
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of organization with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and comfortable under pressure
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams of technical professionals
• Must be well versed in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, JIRA, and other project management related tools
• Occasional travel may be required
