About The Role: Shopper Marketing Account Executive

Yieldbot is looking for a Shopper Marketing Account Executive to join our team. This role will primarily be responsible for growing client direct/shopper marketing relationships and driving incremental revenue for Yieldbot. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital media shopper sales and will be a team player. The AE will be responsible for articulating Yieldbot’s unique value proposition to advertisers in the Shopper Marketing community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee specific strategic agency and client direct relationships
  • Work with Sales Directors & VP's on your team to grow & break accounts 
  • Drive revenue and increase market penetration in the Shopper Marketing space
  • Develop and grow strong relationships with all clients
  • Drive sales and generate revenue within your portfolio of accounts
  • Build Sales pipeline, document in Salesforce and close sales cycles
  • Exceed aggressive quarterly revenue goals
  • Work strategically across the company with client services product, platform strategy and engineering teams
  • Represent Yieldbot at industry events and occasions and contribute to the profile of the company overall
  • Identify and understand trends within the market

What You Bring:

  • Proven Sales or Account Management track record selling (or up-selling) to brand shopper marketing teams & shopper agencies
  • Strong industry experience; understanding of CPG/Retail market across brands is a plus
  • 1-4 years of proven success in digital media, media or industry related sales & building client direct relationships (open to agency/brand relationships)
  • Strong relationships with advertising agencies and clients direct
  • Ability to simplify a complex advertising solution
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech environment (understanding of SEM a plus)
  • Self-starter who can work in a very fast moving environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to detail
  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
