WHO ARE YOU

The Data Science team leverages data, technology, and quantitative methods to build products that inject analytics and insights into the daily workflow of teams across all major business units (Provider Solutions, Industry Solutions, Finance, and Business Operations). As a Solutions Architect, you will engage with business stakeholders to build and own “end-to-end” solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will need to translate loosely defined business problems into actionable solutions, build and execute on a proof of concept, and manage Engineering work threads to build a final deliverable that meets stakeholder needs.

This role will be best suited for someone with experience working on cross-functional teams and a proven ability to distill quantitative analyses into easily digestible insights. Demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets using SQL and a statistical programming language (e.g. Python, R, SAS) is a must. The right candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and individual work ethic coupled with a team-collaboration mentality.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree, preferably with a quantitative focus (mathematics, statistics, economics). Advanced degree is a plus.
• 4-6 years of related professional work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to distill quantitative analyses into easily digestible insights
• Experience leading successful cross-functional initiatives with multiple internal and/or external stakeholders
• Fluency in in SQL, proficiency in a statistical programming language (e.g. Python, R, SAS), and experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Plot.ly
• Relevant healthcare or ad tech experience is a plus
