We are looking to hire a Senior Associate, Product Marketing to market and deliver an innovative, world-class and fully optimized experience to our millions of hungry diners in the US. This person will work within the Product Marketing team and work cross functionally across the organization to help shape and market the products and features we launch to our diners. This role will place an emphasis on driving mobile app growth in terms of both downloads and orders across the Grubhub and Seamless diner base. You’ll have the opportunity to help define and shape the mobile growth strategy for the nation’s #1 online food delivery service. We’re looking for the Sr. Associate, Product Marketing to become the company’s subject matter expert when it comes to mobile app performance and app store optimization. You’ll be expected to drive app related performance marketing and in the app store daily to help optimize our performance and placement. A key part of this role is working with many cross-functional teams, this person will work directly with Product Management and Marketing on a daily basis.
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Develop and own the mobile marketing plan for Grubhub/Seamless mobile products
- Optimize marketing for the app across all channels, paid and unpaid
- Ensure app presence is optimized in Apple App Store and Google Play
- Develop testing framework and conduct daily app store optimization tests and become channel evangelist across the organization
- Establish and maintain budget goals with respect to ROI/ROAS
- Identify areas of improvements in marketing campaigns and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Provide reporting & data analysis, identify opportunities and communicate key perfomance trends
- Manage, assess, and/or implement necessary third-party solutions to make mobile marketing more effective and efficient
You Should Have
- 3 - 4 years work experience in a role such as product marketing, product management, marketing, and/or growth hacking in a consumer or e-commerce environment -- preferably in a mobile focused role
- Experience planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns directly tied to mobile or product growth
- Comprehensive understanding of the mobile app marketing landscape, including Facebook mobile install ads, SEM, mobile ad networks, push notification best practices, App Store Optimization, etc.
- Working knowledge of mobile attribution tracking solutions
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; knows how to test and learn quickly
- Penchant for technology, intellectual curiosity, creativity to "think outside the box” and leadership to execute effectively
- Understanding Experience working in the technology industry and a deep curiosity for the challenges and opportunities in the food technology space
- Bulletproof sense of humor
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal in order to influence organizational priorities and get executive buy-in for initiatives
- A natural when it comes to building relationships
- Strong analytical background with experience with tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, App Annie, and Apple/Android developer tools -- SQL a plus
- BA/BS degree required, MBA a plus
