Sr. B2B Marketing Manager (Corporate Accounts)
Grubhub is looking for a B2B marketing rock star to lead our marketing efforts targeting corporate customers. You and your team of two direct reports will own results across the entire customer lifecycle from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention. This is an incredibly unique B2B marketing role where you and the team will be supporting traditional sales efforts for contracted corporate clients and directly driving orders/sales for our SMB and self-service audiences.You must be a natural leader and team player who has a talent for building positive relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. You must be both highly-strategic and creative. You sweat the details and you must be fun to work with. Positive energy on a daily basis is a must.
Some Challenges You’ll Tackle- Own the go-to-market strategy for Grubhub’s corporate products across brands and geographies (including seamless.com)
- Managing our corporate brand, to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to resonate with the right target audience(s) and drive desired response/conversion
- Oversee the development and execution of lead generation and direct response marketing programs; from concept creation and creative development to execution and reporting
- Manage two team members
- Own the effective deployment and ROI on our corporate marketing budget
- Work across departments and functional roles, including sales, account management, marketing, IT and product, to successfully move projects to completion while being a tireless internal advocate for our corporate customers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related concentration
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing with the majority of experience focused on B2B marketing
- Previous experience managing people is a must
- Experience across all key marketing channels including email, search, direct mail, paid digital, webinars, events, etc.
- Experience marketing for a technology company a big plus
- Must be willing to travel as needed
- Results-driven at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Dedication to setting and achieving quantifiable goals for all projects
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proven project management skills and agile multi-tasker
- Must have deep experience in Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)
- Must have deep experience with marketing automation software (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
- Experience analyzing web, email and campaign metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including exceptional proofreading skills
