The Success Manager will serve a vital role supporting both the Ad Sales team and the advertising product itself. The paramount functions are proactive optimizations and client management with focus on KPIs. The Success Manager will support the entire sales team, acting as a key player in the growth of existing clients into long-term, high-value partnerships.

This role reports to the Manager, Ad Operations and cooperates with the Campaign Manager(s) to execute successful advertising campaigns for clients. Where the Campaign Manager focuses on turning the gears, the Success Manager determines which gears and how much they should be turned. The Success Manager draws these conclusions based on data analysis and client needs to make the strongest optimizations possible.
What you’ll do:

  • Interact with clients including but not limited to coordination and consultation to ensure a successful advertising campaign.
  • Assist Sales in proposal generation
  • Conduct pre-campaign QA with clients-- covering basic requirements and establishing KPIs and methods of tracking and monitoring
  • Focus on customer service, managing all post-sale client communications
  • Performance monitoring, management, assessment
  • Addressing technical and delivery issues throughout campaign
  • Carry out proactive optimizations during campaign, leveraging data and insights to make regular recommendations to improve client outcome

What you should have:

  • Ability to interact comfortably directly with both customers and internal teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office including a good proficiency with Excel
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Understanding of, or ability to learn, digital ad-serving technologies
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Solid organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic with a curious nature and eagerness to experiment and learn while driving projects with minimal supervision.
  • BA/BS preferred
