We are looking for a friendly addition to the Technology Service team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be part of the first line of support for our JAMF/MacOS needs for our internal clients. We are looking for empathetic technologists who can collaborate well in a team environment, who aren't afraid to take on new challenges and will provide white glove customer service to our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Expert understanding of macOS
• Manage JAMF
• Deploy configurations and software based on group membership
• Work with InfoSec to understand requirements and respond to threats
• Serve as an ambassador for device management through JAMF
• CCT or higher
• BASH scripting
• Strong commitment to service
• Can demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Passion for continuous improvement

Nice to Haves:

Proficiency with applications/services including:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• G Suite
• Okta
• Zendesk

Team Responsibilities:

• Work with the rest of the Tech Services team to understand support trends.
• Leverage JAMF to preemptively solve and deflect tickets.
• Full stack troubleshooting on an as needed basis
• Previous positions in help desk or related tech service fields
