WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Talent Acquisition Associate will work in collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to identify and attract top candidates, and take an active role in evaluating for EQ, grit, intellectual curiosity & TTD culture fit for potential hires. He or she will act as a true business partner, dedicated to understanding and addressing key business needs with hiring solutions. You are a relationship builder, a business consultant, and talent expert.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Develop, promote and execute complex talent acquisition strategies focused on attracting top talent to support our overarching company goals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the business objectives for the team, and create an appropriate hiring strategy to address their needs; understand and communicate the unique value propositions of each position, and evaluate for key qualities necessary for success in candidates
  • Invest in understanding our strategic objectives, technical challenges, and complexities of our unique company positioning and industry; stay up to date on our thought leadership stance & product innovations, and translate them to company talent needs
  • Collaborate and effectively utilize the talent pipelining and events team to identify candidates for your roles
  • Maintain communications and correspondence with candidates, ensuring all candidates receive feedback and have a positive experience throughout the process
  • Fully immerse yourself in the technology, our company history, mission and vision
  • Actively network internally to solicit referrals and maintain engagement
  • Use your knowledge of the needs of the business to create relevant interviewing criteria ; Build interview kits for effective evaluation to be used by all interviewers for each role
  • Champion for and ideate inclusion efforts to grow a diverse culture that respects differences
  • Participate in & present company-wide interview trainings
  • Work with TA leaders and hiring managers to develop compensation packages, and process offers
  • Advocate for and contribute to company cultural integrity for the future
  • Other Talent Acquisition duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • BA/BS ; MS preferred
  • 1-5 years of professional working experience in account management, social sciences, or in-house talent acquisition (preferably for a technology or sciences company)
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
  • Process-oriented with a reasonable comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to move fast, think on your feet, and be creative in a rapidly evolving industry
  • Ability to manage large workload effectively & competing priorities
  • Analytical and structured approach to candidate identification and interviewing, & interest in creative assessment strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
  • Motivated by the opportunity to change and evolve an industry
  • Excited by the opportunity to disrupt the Talent Acquisition function with a creative, and strategic approach to workforce planning, finding, evaluating, and hiring talent
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Demonstrated success story telling and painting a picture of company culture
  • An impulsive instinct to help others, go above & beyond, and think ahead
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
