Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisitions Coordinator, to help us support the company’s rapid growth. You will start as a contractor, with a real opportunity to become an LV employee shortly. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in our day-to-day tasks . Our team is entrusted with building the most amazing team of talented professionals and we need to do this quickly, while providing our candidates and managers with the utmost respect to their time.

The selected individual will partner with our team to develop, communicate and execute jointly on a recruiting plan unique to each specific requisition. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills as well as extreme attention to detail. You will quickly become a go to person for our candidates. Someone who can answer or find answers for many questions. Day-to-day activities include interview schedule management, project management, and impeccable recruitment execution to achieve seamless candidate and client recruitment experience and then some!

Duties will include:

  • Greet and escort candidates during onsite interviews
  • Work closely with Executive Assistants to our C-Level Suite
  • Assemble and distribute interview materials.
  • Work with recruiters to post requisitions to career site and any job boards.
  • Manage and track all job postings.
  • Update/maintain candidate records in Greenhouse.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Book travel and accommodation when required.
  • Coordinate candidate reimbursement efforts with Accounts Payable.
  • Process and collect New Hire Paperwork
  • Initiate and monitor background check process using HireRight.
  • Create weekly and quarterly metrics reports.
  • Verify weekly new hires.
  • Manage and verify employee referral bonus program.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience during interview process, onboarding and first day at LearnVest
  • Work with HR and IT teams to facilitate onboarding process for new employees· Implementing and influencing recruitment processes and policies.
  • Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a support role for a recruiting team.
  • Understanding Recruiting workflow.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Savvy tech skills -- can learn new programs, processes, and technology in a snap.
  • Detail-oriented (borderline OCD!), combined with a high level of organizational aptitude and desire to understand the bigger picture.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt easily to change.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
