About our Talent Team:
The Talent Team is responsible for growing teams, shaping, delivering and supporting the employee experience that drives a productive and engaged working culture at JOOR. Through a strategic talent acquisition process combined with a culture-building initiatives, we work to build a team with top talent and create a unique and engaging environment where employees can accomplish their best work. To achieve our goals, our team is service-oriented, proactive, and responsive to prospective candidates and internal stakeholders.
What will you do?
- Work closely with the Talent team to execute and improve programs to find top talent
- Schedule and facilitate phone, onsite, and remote interviews
- Collect and send interview feedback to respective interviewers
- Update/post job descriptions to JAZZ and other job boards as necessary
- Work with ALL JOOR teams to provide an excellent candidate experience from first outreach through offer or decline status
- Work with Talent team to maintain recruiting status spreadsheet shared with senior management
What skills do you have?
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High emotional intelligence
- Past experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator a plus
- Experience with scheduling tools and/or advanced ATS systems a plus
