Talent Lead US
- Lead our headhunting and talent efforts in the US.
- Identify the right talent, lead the headhunting processes, close new candidates for various roles, from internships to executives.
- Support local hiring teams in sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and training new employees.
- Join global Talent team with colleagues in Helsinki, Finland (HQ), US (SF + NY) and Asia (Singapore).
- Work cross functionally with the local marketing team to plan and organize events as part of the recruitment strategy, as well as develop a strong employer brand in the region.
- Develop new innovative ways to reach new talent across US.
- Help maintain our company culture amongst a fast growing team.

- 5 years of recruiting experience in the US, preferably both business and tech roles
- Solid experience from executive level hiring and working with top tier talent agencies and headhunters
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and take charge of your own work
- Ability to build, grow and maintain a local talent pipeline
- Genuine interest in online marketing
- Willingness to try and develop new ways of working in the talent field
- Social skills that allow you to build trust and close relationships with anyone you meet
- Robust analytical mindset to business problem solving, preferably from talent management point of view
- Drive to help others succeed around you
- Willingness to push yourself to exceed your goals
- Super fast learning skills
- Ability to travel to meet candidates and colleagues
- Experience working in and hiring within the software tech industry
- Native English speaking and writing
