About the role:

As a team lead on the Fulfillment Operations team, you will manage a team of Fulfillment Operations Associates. You will own the output of your team, who oversees the quoting, scheduling, and invoicing on Q’s Marketplace. In managing the team, you will also manage their capacity, utilization, load-sharing, efficiency, and job-satisfaction. You are the voice of the team: to call for resources they need and remove blockers between the team and their goal. You are a natural leader with a love for organization, simplicity, and design.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your team of Fulfillment Operations Associates, who oversee the day-to-day quoting, scheduling, and invoicing of Q’s Marketplace
  • Coordinate all recruiting and hiring efforts for your team to best manage production and costs
  • Regularly report overall ‘health’ of your team through speed and consistency KPIs.
  • Recommend, execute and monitor short-term, mid-term and long-term operations improvements to drive fast and consistent fulfillment.
  • Assist with rollout of product features and operations improvements to your team
  • Synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and your team to improve the Marketplace user experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Background in operations, finance, economics, or engineering preferred.
  • Experience in management required
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker
