Technical Partner Account Manager
The Technical Partner Account Manager will be responsible for owning the relationship with Movable Ink Partners with end goal of enabling usage of our platform. They will ensure partners can deliver MI services to end clients autonomously, including custom development work. The Technical Partner Account Manager will build MI champions to help drive new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities of the Technical Partner Account Manager:
- Train key partners on how to deliver campaigns on the MI platform
- Support international partners with MI training and product support
- Effectively navigate agency ecosystem to create MI champions
- Uncover new sales opportunities within digital agencies
- Assist the sales team to identify key agencies within target accounts
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
Basic Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in client services, account management, or email marketing at a leading email service provider
- Able to present to a partner organization
- Work with partners and client experience to scope custom projects
- 3 or more years experience in web development using Javascript, HTML, and CSS
- Proven ability to build pixel-perfect front-end HTML against Photoshop documents
- Fluency in Javascript and ability to code in raw Javascript (without library)

- Team player who works well in a collaborative, start-up environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
