The Technical Recruiter will play a key role in creatively identifying and engaging top talent across the organization with a heavy focus on Engineering and Data Science. This individual will be involved in improving and contributing to the Socure brand and scaling our recruitment practice as we grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attract top talent via creative sourcing, networking, soliciting internal referrals, participating in events and any other innovative approaches that you find successful
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates
- Present detailed backgrounds of selected qualified candidates
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating the candidate's travel plans as necessary
- Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
- Work with Managers and Director of People to drive the selection and offer process
- Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers and interviewers
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting experience
SKILLS:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house recruitment environment
- Experience developing talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, direct sourcing, talent mapping, and advanced internet sourcing
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse, Jobvite, or Lever)
- Strong attention to detail and capability of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented environment
