Ticket​ ​Inventory​ ​Specialist,​ ​Part​ ​Time-Permanent

As a member of the New York Guest Services team, you will report directly to a Senior Manager. Ticket

Inventory Specialists are attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in management and distribution of

inventory.



Duties​:

● Meet pre-determined KPI targets to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

● Pull reports by which to organize and file tickets.

● Maintain current and past-dating inventories.

● Develop organizational methods to sustain an increase in ticket volume.

● Complete nightly checklists to ensure accuracy for next day ticket distribution.

● Collaborate with the Guest Services team to complete projects as needed.



Basic​ ​Qualifications:

● Previous Box Office, Ticketing, or Theatre Administration experience.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

● Excellent oral and written communication skills.

● Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.

● Highly organized and attentive to detail.

● Team player.



Advanced​ ​Qualifications:

● Previous customer service experience.

● Open/flexible availability.

● Multilingual.
