Doctor.com is looking for a tradeshow event coordinator who will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our tradeshow planning operations. As a tradeshow event coordinator, you’ll be involved in managing all aspects of selecting, planning, and coordinating logistics for tradeshows that we attend in effort to acquire new clients.
In this role your day will include a healthy mix of working at your desk, making phone calls, sending emails, while also spending time rolling up your sleeves and packing tradeshow booths, facilitating shipping pick-ups and drop-offs, and organizing all of the tangible materials that we send to tradeshows.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and receive tradeshow booth materials
• Manage supplies and maintain collateral inventories
• Assist with new tradeshow discovery and research
• Facilitate travel and hotel arrangements for salespeople, shipping logistics, etc.

Skills and experience:

• Excited about the healthcare space and tradeshow event planning
• Highly organized and meticulous
• A direct and truthful individual
• Self-aware; knowing personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and limits
• You have a “no job too small” attitude and willingness to do physical labor.
• Articulate, well spoken, and comfortable communicating via phone and email
