Description:

A Senior Visual Designer wants to make the world a simpler, more elegant and delightful place. They know when to follow established patterns and when to push the boundaries. They are hands-on, innovative, visionary and excited to see the project through from start to finish in a collaborative fashion. 

Responsibilities:

Establish systematic interaction design language for all LearnVest productsDrive the future of the brand and product
Ensure that we are never settling

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience (digital agency experience is a plus)
• Significant knowledge of the fundamentals: user experience design, user-centered design, and how products are put together.
• Self-starter who is user-focused, detail and solutions oriented
• A conceptual thinker
• Experience creating systematic designs and working independently
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools
• Confidence in their work, but zero ego brought to the table
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, or equivalent professional experience that shows your design chops.
• A passion for being on top of new platforms and technologies.
